Spice ribs (salt, pepper, and any other spices you like)
1 onion
1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
Spice your ribs and place them under the broiler for around 15 minuets. Drian the excess fat.
Slice your onion and place in crock pot. Slice your ribs so they fit in the crock pot. Cover with barbecue sauce.
Cook 9-10 hours on low or 4-5 on high.
I get this all ready the night before, so when I get up the next day all I have to do is plug it in and set it on low and go to work. Come home from work and the main dish of dinner is done!
I am trying to do better at planning a menu fore each week.
This way we know what to buy at the grocery store and to make it easier on us since we both work.
Monday- Taco salad (made with ground turkey) Tuesday- Crock Pot ribs- nothing better than coming home and having the main course done Wednesday- BBQ Chicken- Mr. C sure can grill Thursday- Spaghetti with turkey meat Friday- Pork Tenderloin on the grill.
