Picnic Lunch

This morning I took D to gymnastics. It's open gymnastics with all kinds of things for them to play on. I did not take any pictures, I was too busy chasing him around.

After we got back I decided it was a perfect day for a picnic lunch outside. David loves to be outside.

I don't know if gymnastics made him hungry or a change of scenery from the kitchen table but he ate every bit of his lunch.

 Eating Ranch dressing. He absolutely  loves ranch. He will eat almost anything if you give him ranch.

I love getting to stay home with this little nugget and enjoying special times like today.

I am not one to be too bold in outfit choices or go outside of the box so to speak. I wear a lot of solid color tops with a cardigan over them with a scarf.

When I found this outfit I was excited because I had all of the items in my closet. I just had to be a little brave and wear them together.

Pumpkin Carving 2012

Every year we all get together for pumpkin carving. SO much fun. This year we also celebrated my little brothers 21st birthday a little late. We had his meal, hamburgers and mom's french fries.

18 Months

I decided to try to get some pictures of D on the day he turned 1 1/2. I gave him this giraffe and he was just loving on him. Up until this point he had not taken any interest in anything besides his pacifier.

So Sweet

He has gotten so big.

Now he has to sleep with Mr. Giraffe. I just think it is the cutest thing ever. Happy 18 months sweet boy. (it was the 18th, so I'm a little late) Mommy and Daddy love you so much.

Day Of Silence

Thinking and praying for the Turner family. Praying for strength for Julee today and in the coming days.

Also others who have lost loved ones.

Pumpkin Patch 2012

Fall is absolutely my favorite season. I love the cooler air, pumpkin everything, sweaters, boots, leaves changing color, and going to the pumpkin patch. I get so excited every year. We would go even without having a child and have so much fun. So now having D makes going even more special to me.

We already have plans to go back in a few weeks with friends. Can't wait.

We decided to have family photos done in March before D turned one. He was not having it that day. We still got some really good ones. I hope to have them done every March.
